Bed and breakfast accommodation only.

Smokers:
The accommodation is Exclusively Non Smokers and does not have ANY facilities for smokers.

No smoking laws come into effect on 1st July 2007 and guests are reminded this is a completely non smoking establishment without smoking rooms or outside spaces for smokers. A number of accommodation places are available nearby that can offer facilities for smokers and details are available on request. If you believe a member of your group is a smoker please contact us as soon as possible.

Please do not book if you are unsure if anyone in your group is a smoker.

Dog Owners:
Dogs are welcome in selected rooms but on the condition they are not left alone in the rooms. For example at breakfast dogs are to be put into the car after their morning walk.

Children:
We no longer have a family room but have the facilities to accept children age over 11 in specially selected rooms.

Cancellation:

Cancellation before the date booked incurs a charge as shown below:

More than 28 days no charge;
22 to 27 days 25%;
8 to 21 days 50%;
2 to 7 days 75%;
48 hours or less the full charge is made.

Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival but storage of luggage for those arriving other than by car can be arranged.

Checkout by 10am on day of departure.

The booking is for those guests named in the confirmation and is
NOT TRANSFERABLE.
