in the relaxing surroundings of this period guest house. The
rooms are tastefully decorated and the feeling is one of peaceful

The seafront accommodation is just for non smokers,
unusual for accommodation Great Yarmouth, and has a mix of
old and new. Many rooms have been updated to display period

All rooms are en-suite and some with seaviews look out
over the pretty Venetian waterways gardens and across the
dunes to the shoreline and sea beyond. All are centrally heated
